Filling machines automatically fill containers with cheese masses taken from the brewing tanks where the cheese is prepared. The filling process is usually done with vacuum machines. Cheese masses are transferred to pre-prepared containers during the filling process with a vacuum system, and the lids are closed. This process is carried out quickly and hygienically.
